Paul Petersen interviews Justin J. Smal. CEO of Monread CRM who was named CRM Thought Leader by the All Ireland Business Foundation in 2018. They discuss why the foundational purpose of CRM has not changed as the cornerstone of B2B businesses. Whether a business has five employees or hundreds, Smal says they need a CRM. Justin continues:
