About MagrowTec
MagrowTec is an organisation of 40 people, working in several regions, whose aim is to grow rapidly to enable as many farmers as possible to adopt more sustainable and profitable spraying practices.
Objectives
With our business model, MagrowTec has different distribution chains, and must intervene and perform at each stage of the value chain. Because of the diversity of the people we deal with (farmers, distributors, manufacturers, technical institutes, etc.), we have to structure our CRM in the same way as we adapt our commercial and technical approach to each of our customers.
Solutions
We use many of the applications offered in Zoho One . The main ones we currenlty use are CRM, Books, Inventory, Expenses, Analytics, People, Forms & Sign. With the support of Monread, all these applications have been customised to our needs and processes and communicate with each other.

The more we use the Zoho One tools, the more we notice that we save time when generating our reports, we can get a business overview in real time, sharing information is easier (fewer email transfers, everything is in one place).
