Connect. Diagnose. Solve.We use Logmein Rescue to connect to remote systems to resolve any business critical issues which might occur.
Please call our helpdesk (+353 (0)45 892 829) and you will be assigned a session pin, which you can input at www.logmein123.com. Our trained support staff will then enter your system and resolve your issue.
A user is required to allow us access to the workstation/server. Upon disconnect all connections to your computer will be disconnected, and our helpdesk staff will be unable to gain access without a new PIN and your approval.
