How it works

CompanionLink will synchronize your PIM/CRM data with your phone or other supported desktop applications and web-based services (like Google).

CompanionLink Express has all the basic features you need for two-way synchronization. CompanionLink Pro includes additional options such as the ability to sync wirelessly with your handheld, sync multiple databases, and other advanced settings.

Wired (USB) Sync

If you choose to sync using the wired (USB) method, simply configure CompanionLink and attach your phone to your PC using the USB cable that came with your phone. When you synchronize using CompanionLink, your PIM/CRM data will sync with your phone.

Wireless Sync

You have two options for wireless sync:

CompanionLink's wireless sync service ($9.95/month)
CompanionLink provides a wireless sync service between your PIM/CRM and your phone. You can activate the service directly in the CompanionLink Pro configuration settings.

Wireless sync service via Google
Google has released a free over-the-air sync solution for phones called Google Sync. This service syncs contacts and calendar in your Google or Gmail account with iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Symbian devices.
