Event Management System
The Events Management system provides functionality to run and manage events. It can be used to create an event and to manage multiple instances at the same time. For example, a particular course may run once a month and you want to book people to the course which suits their schedule.
The Events Management system can also be used to track the courses which a particular Contact (or Employee) has attended. Course accreditation can be setup to elapse. The system integrates with projects in GoldMine. This assists in the management of the event (i.e. equipment, venue selection, insurance etc). Communications such as emails and letters related to an event can be tracked using GoldMine.
