Sales Order System
The Sales Orders System for GoldMine system is designed to allow users to create, view and edit sales orders through GoldMine. Users can quickly see all previous orders in detail from within GoldMine.
The Sales Order System can be part of a workflow. For example, sales people can create the orders. Credit Control can then check the credit status and then approve the order. The production people can then record the details associated with readying the order for shipment. The orders can be transferred directly to your Account System (e.g. Sage Line 50). Once the order is invoiced it can no longer be changed through the Sales Order System.
This substantially speeds up the order processing time, removes duplication of effort and provides a seamless solution to manage your sales transactions.
